I'm Ed Zahnle. Navy Hospital Corpsman. Years of caregiving trauma left me with PTSD and nowhere to turn. Meditation saved my life.
I trained under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach at Spirit Rock Meditation Center (Banyan Graduate program). I've been practicing daily for 12+ years. I'm a California Advanced Peer Support Specialist with over a decade in recovery.
I teach meditation to people who've been through hard things and need tools that actually work. Veterans. Healthcare workers. People in recovery. Executives burning out. Parents overwhelmed.
